In this article, I can tell u how to Attest a degree, Degree Equivalence, HND, or Foreign degree from the Higher Education Commission step by step.
Because when a person did an International degree from his hometown after that he/she wants to attest the degree then they must get the Equivalence letter first because first, they get Equivalence letter then they should go for attestation.
And one important thing is the Higher Education Commission did not attest to their degree they only attest to the Equivalence letter they provide before after confirmation from Foreign Country, while they checked whether the student is genuine or fake.

Print your Equivalence form along with the fee challan form and 1 passport size photo and ID Card copy and go to the HEC and pay the fee and submit your docs. Take all original docs with you.
