Introduction
In this modern era, the teacher is the only person who plays
an important role in the building of character. If we say that behind the
success of any person, the effort of the teacher is an important factor then it
is not wrong.
From the first day of education to the doctoral degree, they
educate, share their knowledge and teach us moral values of life.
History
According to Islam, the system of teaching was beginning
hundreds of years ago. In the past, God
sends a special Prophet to educate the people on how to pray, how to live, etc.
According to a survey about 30 million teachers in the whole world are teaching
in schools, colleges, and universities.
It is not only a profession it is a
responsibility and teachers know it better because the future of a country
depends on the teacher.

When the teacher joins the new classroom both the teacher
and the students are unknown to each other. A teacher should start from their
own introduction and their qualifications and also tells them about their
achievements, then ask the students to introduce them one by one.
It also helps to build confidence between
them. But unfortunately some teachers
don’t do this. On the first day, they take to start to teach the students who
are wrong.
Role & support
The role of a teacher in student life is very vital. Without
the role and support of the teacher-student cannot get success in their life.
Teachers stand behind the student in any condition.
If a student is mentally
weak then by the role and support of the teacher, they can achieve success. If
someone is happy with the success of the students after their parents then it
would be a teacher.
The teacher always wants their students to get good marks in
education, achieve high ranks in life. Students cannot perform excellently
without the support of their teachers.
Guidance
Teachers also guide their students for their future. No one
can better know except a teacher because they know your mental caliber, your
skills, etc. they can guide in every step of life.

about careers. They better know which profession is made for theirs.

The identification of a good teacher is that they have deep
knowledge of their subject. Teachers are always taking an interest in their
subjects.
They also allow their students to asked questions in the classroom
and they also give the answer to those questions. It’s not good only for the
whole class but it always makes a good impression of the teacher on the
student.
They also observe the students are also taking interest in there
subject or not. If they found that students are not taking interest in there
subject then it means that they don't understand what they are teaching.
Being
a good teacher they teach them in simple ways so they can easily understand.
Communication skill
A teacher is a specialist in their subject so it is
necessary that they also have teaching skills. It is mandatory that teachers
have good communication skills so their students can learn easily.
If a teacher
has a doctorate degree in his subject but they don’t have good communication
skills. So he cannot transfer their knowledge & skill to the student.
It is
essential for a good teacher that with education it should have good
communication skills.
Relationship between teacher and student
It is necessary for a teacher to build a good relationship
between the teacher and the student. If there is a strong relationship then the
teacher can teach them easily and students can learn easily.
If they don’t understand any question they
can ask it easily from the teacher.
Ethics
Being a teacher is a difficult job. Teachers are always
trying to build a bright future for their students in any situation. A good
teacher always thinks about how their students got success.
Besides this, it is
also the duty of a teacher to teach their students about ethics. Because for
living in this world ethics is also necessary so they teach them.
People judge other people by behavior or
ethics. Teachers also focus on the moral ethics of the students.

A good teacher always treats their students equally no
matter they are good in education or not.
If a student is weak in the studies then its teacher duty to give him
some attention at him as they give to others.

student. The student will try their
level best in studies. As a result, they will be good at studies. It’s all

their students. Students mostly spend their time with their teachers.

when he enters the class.

A teacher always succeeds in every part of life if they have
a good sense of humor. If a teacher is friendly in nature and he also has a
smiling face then he will succeed in every matter.

merge with their colleagues and with the students. They share studies reports of their students

then implement it. In this way, they get more respect, love and from both their
colleagues and students.

A teacher should be treated with their students friendly. It
also gives him help in the studies.
As we all know that students mostly spend
time in their studies and it could be possible that they get bored, so a
teacher is also familiar with how to treat with this problem they maybe crack
some jokes and make the environment pleasant.
Sometimes they become a child
with their students to wake them mentally.

Being a teacher, it should always be helpful for students.
If a student doesn’t understand the lecture in the classroom they should invite
them in the extra class for re lecture.
By this simple deed, a teacher can get
the soft corner of the student. If a student needs the help of the teacher in
their assignment or preparing a test them it should welcome them.
By this, a
teacher can get more respect from their students.
Punctual
The most and the important thing is a teacher should be
punctual. A teacher should know that he is in that profession where many
students follow him.
If a teacher is no punctual he reached late in the school
or class then it impacts a bad impression on students. It could be possible
that the student may start hate with him.
Developing self-confidence
A good teacher always develops self-confidence among
students. He always encourages their students to participate in debates,
speeches, and circular activities.
These things give a boost to the
self-confidence among students. Besides this, if a student is mentally weak in
their studies then a good teacher doesn’t criticize him instead he gives
confidence to the student that he can improve their studies.

As the narrative builds that once we complete the studies
then our learning period is over. It is a wrong narrative which is found among
the people.
A good teacher always learns from books, colleagues or even learns
from their students. He never considered himself as he knows everything.

learns modern techniques of learning. He also experiments modern techniques
that they learned. He keeps himself up to date with modern techniques, methods,
and a dictionary.

A quality which is found in a good teacher is that he always
shares his knowledge and experiments with their colleagues.
If their colleagues
need helps with the classroom then he also shares his experiments and
techniques. If he found any modern techniques then he also tells them to their
colleagues.
Friendly environment
It is necessary for a teacher to create a friendly
environment between teachers and students in the class. It also helps in the studies of the students.
Because a student can easily ask questions from the teacher while on the other
hand if the environment of the class is strict and the teacher is arrogant, the
student may be cant asked questions from the teacher.
By the friendly
environment, it also increases the respect of the teacher among the students.
In a friendly environment, a teacher can easily get feedback from their students
and be implemented on this feedbacks he can meet the standard of the students.
Trust
It is necessary for a teacher to create a trustful relation
between the teacher and the student. If a student has a problem then they don't
need to hesitate to share their problems with the teacher.
If a student has
some problem in their life then it should trust the teacher and explain the
problem with their teacher.
It is the responsibility of a teacher to solve the
problem because it could be possible that the teacher will face the same
problem in his life when he was a student, so he can solve it easily.
Connect with the parents
A good teacher is always connecting with the parents of the
student. If a student can’t ask a
question or feeling shy in the classroom he can easily tell their parents.
If
parents have personally connected with the teacher then they can tell the
problem of the student to the teacher. By this, a teacher can solve the problem of
the student.
Professionalism
A good teacher always shows professionalism. They know that
they are responsible for learning people. He is serious about his profession.
Teachers are always in proper dressing. They always follow a time table. He
never reached late in the classroom. They always have a high level of respect
among students.
Objectives
A teacher always has some objectives in mind. He always
wants that all students follow as they said. They set goals in the mind of
students and gives them a vision.
They always want their students to get a high
level of jobs so they work for their future. If the student follows as he said
then they can get high positions in their life.
Leadership
A teacher is always a role model for the students. He is
responsible for guiding the in an actual direction.

motivation to their students which take them closer to success.

mentor for the students.

a book.
Now information is available on just a single click. For-given modern
knowledge to the students, it is necessary that teachers collect modern
information and then teach them.
By this, they will take an interest in the
studies.
