HEC Degree Attestation New Process in 2023

How to Attest Degree from HEC in 2020/2021 Online by Using TCS Services:

Step 1: First, click on the link below and you will be redirected to the HEC Degree Attestation Portal.

Step 2:

Put your Identity Card Number and Password to Register and Login on to Portal.

Step 3:

After Login New Dashboard will appear on your device screen.

Step 4:

Click on the My Profile Put your all details and Save.

Step 5:

After Saving, You must View the top bar menu and Fill those sections one by one.

Step 6:

When you save after you go to the Upload Document Section and Upload all the documents listed below:

1). Id Card Front

2). Id Card Back

3). Matric Certificate

4). Intermediate Certificate

5). Bachelor's Degree + Transcript

6). Master Degree + Transcript

7). MS Degree + Transcript

Now: 

Step 7:

Now go to the Degree Attestation menu and Click on it. You have to Click on Attest Degree. 

Now your application is on the line and HEC checks for Scrutiny. Scrutiny Takes 7 to 8 Days. 

When done HEC sends a message to your mobile and email on your id. Scrutiny is done please send your Original documents through TCS.

Step 8:

Now Print Your Attestation form along with your 2 copies of degree+ 2 copies of transcript and 1 Copy of ID Card.

Go to the TCS office and send these documents. TCS sends these documents to HEC in 5 to 7 Days.

Step 9:

When Documents are Delivered to HEC, It takes 4 to 5 days for the attestation process. When Done HEC sends your original Documents to your home address.

Note: This All Process takes Approx. 17 to 20 Working Days. Because HEC Doesn't Count Saturday and Sunday.
